Ginger Bread House Construction.

End of november we started this ginger bread house construction, while during the peek season and caused everyone don't really sleep well and got sick during the process of working. When all the puzzle are done and now is just the finishing touch to fix everything togather.

Baked ginger bread house paste on the wood and ready to be fix.


We lift the wood up along with the ginger bread house and have them nailed togather.
As some of the chef are there to help or they are just help to see only.


Luckly there is maintance here to assist us with the construction.


50% construction is done.

budget ginger bread house.


My Chef is very busy decorating the Ginger Bread House, and he have not sleep for 1 nite.


90 % construction is done.

Ta ~ Da ! And it is done.


We started selling all sort of christmas cookies, cakes, and bread.

After a long week during the peek season against the people of kia~su, and the up coming christmas season really left me not much time to sleep and be back myself. I am just looking forward when the school re open soon then everything will be back to normal. Wishing all of you guys have a lovely holiday.

My Life, My career, Hell Inn, & The fish.

This Job is part of my life, and i have already become part of it, lately i dont't have much time for anything and not even for myself or my family. All i know is that every morning i got to wake up 4 am early in the morning to work till don't know what time only i am able to come home. And i am always lack of sleep. The only way i could always keep myself awake and alive at work by taking some drugs, pills, caffine, or anything that could keep me moving. When the time come to my off day i will sleep dead like a dead body, after the next day the cycle start over and over again.

In my career i am looking very far ahead such as what am i gona be if i carry on with it and what is it my future is gona be like if i am gona stay on and becoming a chef, and what are the challenge ia am gona face and over come them. Here is what am i working on day and night learning to improve myself to become more sucessfull, till the end of everything is not really easy being "ME"

The Company and the hotel i am working with is call "Holiday Inn" and it is a branded label hotel. It seem that it is very famous through out the whole world. Yes it is i have to agree with it, and what i really encounter in "Holiday Inn" is too damn alot of problem not solve, and it keep getting more and more happening everyday, most problem is caused by the staff we are working with, very troublesome. What i wanted to complain the most is the management very lousey, failed to manage the hotel like it was suppose to.

This is the Bloody Hell Inn i am working with, how is it gona make this a happy
place for everyone to work.

Oh ya "The Fish" what i hated always is last minute order or request, it happend all the time someone show up with a last minute request order, i always have him shot dead before i do his order, and this is what i have to prepare " Fish "

What i like about the best part of this job is every morning i went down to the cafe at 7am, there is a group of people would willing to talk and share story with you, what ever story, garbage they will keep crapping it all morning, and i find it very entertaining for me in the morning while i am enjoying my coffee.

The Eye Of Malacca.

Yeah ! The eye of Malacca is finally here in town ! And it does look very huge, it look beautiful during the night by the sea view but it is not operating yet. I can't recall when was my last time i have a ride on one of thouse Ferry wheel, probably i was a kid that time.

It is located in melaka Raya by the sea sides you could see it from the overhead bridge, of the jetty. And it is right beside Malacca Holiday Inn.

If Obama win and he is gona be the 1st black President of America, people voted him because he is more than just a leader to others, and through his words with power, and that's how he gain his nation trust. My Visit To Penanag ~ 10 Years Later.

10 Year's later my visit to Penang ! Wow it really change alot in penang, and the place there and the hearitage site is well preserved, some certain historical site still the same and have not change but snake tempel is renovating and runing out of snake, but the enviroment there was much cleaner than Malacca town.

The change there of 10 years is far more diffrent then malacca, but malacca just getting started in to higher development. While i am in penang i stay in my cousin place, at night he too me out to tour around penang and try out penang food at gurney drive.

First of all i got to thank my cousins Daniel and Kelvin Liew for his time, and hospitality and i appreciate it all very much, hope to see you guys again. Overall i have to say it is worth visiting Penang.

The Doughnut

On the Very same day of Olympic "Beijing 2008" opening there is also another new doughtnut shop opening in Malacca Dataran Palawan named "The Big Apple Doughnut and coffee shop". On the day it self i rush there hoping to get free doughtnut ended i was late, the que itself was very long, the opening business very good untill the doughnut was not in time to prepare and fried.

Middle of August A Company Visit Malacca Holiday Inn for several day conducting meeting, trainings and so on, and they called themself "Agensi Nuklear Malaysia"

I am thinking does malaysia could effort to buy a nuclear. Or the garvoment just wana be proud for creating such agency.
